To register for the LG Second Year Promise program please complete the form below. Please follow the instructions on the form carefully to ensure that your registration is processed accurately and without delay.

To be eligible for the LG Second Year Promise program you must register your LG device within the first 90 days of purchase.

Your IMEI/MEID# can be found on the product box near the UPC code. It can also be found on your device by going into Settings > About Phone > Status. Please do not include any spaces or dashes when inputting your information.

Please upload a picture of your store receipt that shows the store where you purchased your LG device, the purchase price, the purchase date and the IMEI number of your device (if applicable).

JPEG, PDF or PNG format only, maximum file size 15MB.

Please upload your IMEI/MEID number. Your IMEI/MEID should be a 14 or 15-digit number depending on your carrier with no spaces or special characters.

You can find your IMEI number by dialing *#06# on your new LG phone or by navigating to Settings > About Phone > Status. Alternatively, you can find it on your new device’s box.
